Carla´s work consists mainly of etchings, collages, water-paintings, nijimi and drawings. The lessons of a Chinese teacher and a scholarship for a visit to Japan have been very important for her.
The questions about the truth of the images, of reality and of the language play an important role in Carla´s work. It is a continuous effort to express beside the traditional one, her own vision in images of the themes that concern her. Which values - of her and of others - define our interpretation of reality. The human standard is based on interests; Carla tries to express the consequences of these in her work.
